There are no formal entry requirements for candidates undertaking this qualification. All applicants will be interviewed

Delivery & Assessment methods

The programme will be delivered in our outstanding Hospitality & Culinary Arts Directorate. You will have access to the latest state of the art commercial learning environment. You will have the opportunity to work on the latest Samsung SMART Technology devices to help underpin the knowledge components of the training programme.

Progression

On completion of this qualification candidates may progress into employment/apprenticeship programme or on to the following qualifications: City & Guilds Level 2 NVQ in Food Production and Cooking City & Guilds Level 2 NVQ in Professional Cookery City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery
