Communication is a broad term and has many different facets. However the main process always consists of the same three basic, but essential, parts, i.e. a sender, a message and a recipient. Since there are many ways for a sender to encode and send information, and for a recipient to decode this information, it is vital to know about different approaches for different situations.
Springest provides an overview of communication training courses starting from the core, i.e. written and verbal communication, extending their reach to aspects such as proof reading, persuasion and public speaking, to the point of addressing specific disciplines being Public Relations and customer centric communication.

"I signed up for the Basic Proofreading course in December 2019. The only reason I signed up for it was on the recommendation of Cambridge University Press's Consignment Editor.
In short, this course is lackluster (at best), and I am being very generous.
I did not even complete the course (I did 4/5 modules) because of the poor feedback. I even wrote the Consignment Editor to inform him of my experience with PTC.
In short, I received poor marks because I corrected things "that did not need to be corrected." Again and again, throughout modules 1-4, I took point deductions for being too critical (such as identifying non-defining relative clauses inappropriate comma usage, run-on sentences, etc.).
I contacted the developer of the course, sending my concerns "straight to the top." I received no response.
If you are looking to proofread pamphlets and tabloids, this may be appropriate. If you are a serious writer, DO NOT waste your money on this course." - 16-07-2021 02:41

"The course has helped me find my confidence and I now feel almost excited to do presentations (which is a big step!!). Thanks to Tom’s stories and watching him ‘practice what he preached’ throughout the day, I now believe I will remember the many subtle elements of presenting which previously I would instantly forget when the stage fright kicked in. I will be recommending to my Learning and Development manager and I would attend a course by this trainer again. " - 15-10-2014 12:45
