This course consists of the following:

8 units, 2 are mandatory:

  • Understand customer service to improve service delivery
  • Know the rules to follow when developing customer service

6 are optional, which will be selected to reflect the job role.

Students must:

  • Be aged 19+
  • Be currently employed/self-employed/volunteer within the customer service sector
  • Be a lawful resident of the UK
