Level 3 Customer Service NVQ
This course consists of the following:
8 units, 2 are mandatory:
- Understand customer service to improve service delivery
- Know the rules to follow when developing customer service
6 are optional, which will be selected to reflect the job role.
Students must:
- Be aged 19+
- Be currently employed/self-employed/volunteer within the customer service sector
- Be a lawful resident of the UK
