General information

The Customer Service Apprenticeship is available for learners 16-65 who are employed in the customer service environment. College attendance is on a day-release basis and assessment will take place in the workplace. Learners will work towards NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service, and key skills in Application of Number and Communication. Training is provided through workshop sessions, tutorials and classroom teaching.

Entry requirements

Must be employed in a customer service environment for a minimum of 30 hours per week and be able to attend College one day a week.

All applicants have an interview and complete an initial assessment test to assess suitability for study at Level 3 or hold a relevant Level 2 qualification
