Course Summary:
The Customer Service NVQ applies to all staff whose job is involved primarily with customer service or whose job involves some customer service as a supplementary role.
Course Details:
The Level 3 NVQ is designed for those who are responsible for the delivery of customer service, but who also have to monitor and develop the quality of customer service given, and who may be in charge of their own department or team achieve a full Level 3 qualification, candidates must complete 2 mandatory units and 6 optional units. The mandatory units at Level 3 are: Understand customer service to improve service delivery; know the rules to follow when developing customer service.
