Team Leading Award (ILM)
The ILM Leadership and Team Skills courses provide learners with an introduction to the skills needed when leading teams, covering areas such as self-development, improving team performance, team building skills, leadership, data management and communication. Each session will include activities and discussions designed to engage learners with interesting and thought-provoking topics. Handouts and other resources given out in sessions will enable learners to complete the short answer questions assessment for each unit which will lead to the achievement of the ILM qualification. Entry requirements
There are no formal qualifications required for entry onto this course but Level 1 ability in literacy and numeracy is desirable. It would also be advantageous if you are currently working in, or are working towards a team leader role.How much does it cost?
