General information

Apprenticeships are a good way to earn while you learn. The Customer Service apprenticeship is available for learners aged 16-65 who are employed in an customer service environment for a minimum of 30 hours a week. College attendance is on a day-release basis and assessment will take place in the workplace. Learners are required to build a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate their skills, understanding and knowledge of the subject. Training is provided through workshop sessions, tutorials and classroom teaching

General information

Course content

Training will take place one day a week and regular assessments and reviews will occur in the workplace. Learners will work towards an NVQ level 2 in Customer Service, a technical certificate in Customer Service, (a combination of practical and theory work), and level 1 key skills in Application of Number and Communication.

Entry requirements

Must be employed in a customer service environment for a minimum of 30 hours per week and be able to attend College one day a week.

All applicants have an interview and complete an initial assessment test to assess suitability for study at Level 2.
