Business problems that are left unresolved are a serious liability for any company. They can adversely affect customer service levels, profitability and staff morale to name just three areas.

This course will enable participants to recognise problems and to address them in a way that ensures permanent resolution.

Training method:

Interactive and informal, allowing full participation from delegates. Delegates are encouraged to apply the thinking to their own situations to gain maximum benefit.
