Neuro Linguistic Programming is a field of study that clearly explains what is communication and how different individuals organise their thinking, feeling, language and behaviour in different contexts of life and business.

We all have our own unique way of processing and responding to different situations in the workplace. Poor communication causes many problems in business. The first step to being a good communicator is being able to understand and recognise all the facets in the other person's communication.  The message is not just in the words it's in the body language and tonal qualities that accompany the words. Good communication is about listening, reading the non-verbals and responding in way that makes it easy for the listener to grasp your message.

Why attend

How a person thinks is how a person creates their life.  How a person talks and uses their body is a series of symptoms demonstrating how they think. Being able to understand the preferred way a person likes to process information, and being able to vary your communication so people understand exactly what you want to communicate, are incredible tools in being an effective communicator in the workplace.
