In response to queries and demand, Blackburn College can now offer a 2 tiered support package that will solve your problems. The first part of the course will be yourself and your team meeting with our professional chef/lecturers at a venue of your choice.

It will be a half day course that will investigate your specific needs/ your setting and your budget and will help you to plan some exciting, cost efficient meals. From there it is your choice, you can either develop the dishes on your own or we suggest that you take advantage of our progression course where for 1 day our chef/lecturers work on site in your venue and help you to prepare and serve the dishes that were decided upon.

Course Entry Criteria

The course is aimed at individuals who work in a health and social care environment

The college operates a no refunds policy as detailed below. Cancellations and transfer requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • More than 4 weeks notice – no charge
  • 4 weeks notice – 30% of the cost
  • 2-3 weeks notice – 50% of the cost
  • 1-2 weeks notice – 75% of the cost
  • Less than 1 weeks notice – 100% of the cost

All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to a £10 administration charge. The full fee’s policy is available on request.

What will I get at the end of the course?

You will receive a Blackburn College Certificate of attendance upon successful completion of the training.

The course is priced at £65.00 per delegate (prices are subject to change) this includes tuition, paperwork and a Blackburn College Certificate of Attendance.
