Students must have the following:
- Level 1 Diploma in Introduction to Professional Cookery at merit, plus GCSE English or Maths (1 at grade A*-D and 1 at grade A*-E) or equivalent.
- Functional Skills may be accepted in place of GCSE Maths and/or English
