Professional Cookery
This vocationally related qualification has been designed by City & Guilds in order to meet the needs of candidates who work or want to work as professional chefs in the catering and hospitality industry. This programme leads to the City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
This course is suitable for people who have studied an introductory non-advanced cookery course, e.g. VRQ Level 1 Diploma in Introduction to Professional Cookery or an N/SNQ Level 2 Professional Cookery. Applications will be considered if someone has relevant work experience. This course is not suitable for school leavers.
