Description
This course consists of the following:
- Production and distribution of electricity
- Installing components
- Maintaining good subcontractor and customer relations
- Inspection and testing of an installation
- Basic health and safety
- Electrical/electronics theory
- Good site practice
Students must have ALL of the following:
- 4 GCSEs including English and Maths (2 at grades A*-D, 1 at grade A*-E and Maths at grade A*-C),or equivalent - Functional Skills may be accepted in place of GCSE Maths and/or English
- Successful assessment activities including literacy and numeracy
Adults 19+ who have industry experience but do not have the necessary qualifications are welcome to apply.
