Becoming more assertive

Lack of assertion at work can result in being either too passive or too aggressive. Neither is conducive to career enhancement and the aim of this course is to train participants to be assertive at work without being passive or aggressive. Participants will learn specific techniques to express themselves assertively and will have opportunity to practice their new skills in a safe and supportive environment
