You need to know how to prepare, run and evaluate the recruitment interviews you hold. This workshop will give you the skills to do all that.
You’ll learn by doing. As well as holding group conversations and engaging in reflective exercises, you’ll prepare and run interviews as interviewer, interviewee and observer. You’ll give feedback on your colleagues’ performance and benefit from feedback on your own. You’ll walk away with a sizeable toolbox of powerful techniques and a quantum uplift in your confidence.
