The CP Training Consortium was originally formed in 1996 to provide Contracting and Procurement training on an outsourced basis to Shell Group companies.
Since 2000 however, our client base has expanded significantly and includes organisations from a wide range of industrial sectors, such as telecommunications, cement and utilities, as well as a much broader cross section of the oil and gas sector. At the same time the range of subjects taught has broadened to include specialist topics from many disciplines that effect most branches of industry, business and commerce. Our faculty of trainers is drawn from a wide network of training providers and independent training consultants. Our trainers have all had extensive applied experience in their subjects as well as long experience as trainers. Many of them have strong links to academia and possess formal teaching qualifications.
