Units include Microbiology, contamination hazards, food poisoning, personal hygiene, food spoilage and preservation, premises and equipment, cleaning and disinfection, pest management, HACCP, supervisory management and current legislation. How will I be Taught? This course covers the theory of food hygiene and is taught in a classroom environment using an interactive Power Point. How will I be Assessed? On the third day there is a 60 question multiple choice exam. What our students say?
