Additional NotesGenerally, this course requires one day college attendance, between 09:00-17:00. If you have concerns about written or spoken English and feel you need support to complete this course please enquire at least 14 days before the training day so we can identify any appropriate arrangements that can be made. Full payment of course fees is required before you attend the course. Materials fees are levied for the handbook which is sent out before the course starts and you will be required to bring it with you on the day of your course.
Entry CriteriaThis is an open access course; you will not be required to possess any previous qualifications or knowledge of food hygiene. You will not necessarily need to be working in a catering establishment in order to enrol on the course. It is essential that you bring along photographic ID (passport, driving licence) on the day of the course to satisfy requirements of the awarding body.
