Customer Service Level 3 – high level customer service skills
within a working environment, possible supervisory skills (within a
customer service setting) How will I be Taught? You will be
allocated an individual assessor, who will assess you one to one in
your work place. How will I be Assessed? You will be assessed by
completing a portfolio of evidence using an e portfolio platform in
the first instance or a traditional portfolio, under the guidance
