Entry CriteriaNo specific entry criteria but must be able to achieve a Level 3 qualification. Progression onto this qualification could also be accepted following successful completion of the Level 2 Certificate (QCF) in Customer Service. All applicants are assessed at interview to ensure correct level of study. Prior qualifications or experience in a relevant job will be taken into consideration.
