Health, safety and welfare in the fitness environment
Planning and delivering a group exercise session in an outdoor environment

What does the course lead to?

Employment within a gym, health club or leisure centre or self employment as a personal trainer.

Foundation Degree Sport (and Science, Coaching or Fitness) available at the college.

Entry requirements

Achievement of the current CYQ Certificate in Fitness Instructing (Gym) Level 2 (mandatory) or equivalent.
