Personal Training Level 3 Certificate
The Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training qualification allows you to work on a one to one basis with a wide variety of clients.
On successful completion you can work as a personal trainer in a gym or become self-employed. You can add bolt on courses such as exercise to music, spin, yoga, pilates. You can also go onto Level 4 qualifications such as GP referral, cardiac rehabilitation and pre and postnatal exercise.

to support clients who take part in exercise and physical activity,
anatomy and physiology for exercise and health, programming
personal training with clients, delivering personal training
sessions, applying the principles of nutrition to a physical
activity program.
There are elements of practical and theory based lessons.
Assessment is in the form of practical, presentations and
assignment writing.
A nationally recognised Level 3 Personal Training qualification is gained. You will competently be able to assess clients, devise a personalised training programme and deliver a training session confidently.
All applicants must be over the age of 18 and have GCSE maths and English C grade or above. A Level 2 Fitness Instructing qualification would be desirable but not essential.
