This course will focus on the key stages of the sales call and the fundamentals that all successful sales calls contain, we begin by addressing the barriers that many sales people face when dealing with prospects over the telephone and express the importance of establishing, honesty, trust and confidence with the prospect.

Successful sales calls start with a great opening and so we move on to how to open a call correctly by using the right tone, the right words and the right questions, we then move onto demonstrating how to take qualify a prospect correctly and how to take an enquiry professionally.

The next part of the course focuses on delivering an effective value focused sales pitch to the prospect, we then move towards how to employ proven techniques to address and manage objections and how to avoid price focused discussions, the final part of the course concentrates on gaining commitment and securing the sale or the appointment and to end the course we cover the importance of follow up calls.
