This course is highly interactive and participative with a small group  and experienced trainer.

This workshop has been designed specifically for anyone who has responsibility for managing or supervising the performance of an individual or a team. The programme concentrates on managing performance issues. Line managers have a responsibility to develop their teams, and to support and improve individuals who are falling below the required standard. If the normal steps for performance improvement do not work, line managers should then have the knowledge and confidence to take more formal action, potentially leading to disciplinary action for capability.
