Diploma in First Line Management (Level 3)

Introduction

The Level 3 Award, Certificate or Diploma in First Line Management are developed for Supervisors and First Line Managers who have operational responsibility for a defined area of activity. The qualifications will give Junior Managers the communication and motivational skills to help improve operational efficiency.

Students will be required to become members of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). The registration fee will be approximately £134.00.

Progression

On successful completion of a Level 3 qualification in First Line Management, you can enhance your professional status by upgrading your CMI membership, as well as progress on to the Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership.
