This highly practical change management workshop allows delegates to explore how change – whether large or small, planned or reactive – should be assessed, structured, delivered and reviewed. The course places equal emphasis on leading people through change and managing the emotional and behavioural responses that often accompany it.

COURSE TIMINGS

We are flexible on timings; however, as a general guide:
