The course is often very popular with organisations who wish to run it as an in-house option. It has been designed to build on delegate's existing knowledge; provide an update in Change Management; and prepare delegates for the Practitioner Objective Test Exam.
Both the Foundation and Practitioner level qualifications are based on the Making Sense of Change Management book written by Esther Cameron and Mike Green. The Change Management Practitioner exam also has a candidate handbook which can be taken into the exam.
