new set of qualifications around change management.
The qualifications are focused on helping people understand change
management, the impact it has within their organisation and their
role in the successful implementation of organisational change.
The Principles of Change Management course comprises five day
workshops, building on change management knowledge and practices
and focusing particularly on the effects of change in four key
areas – individuals, teams, organisations and change leaders.
The programme consists of 4 modules with a validation process. On
successful completion, the participant will receive a Certificate
in the Principles of Change Management. The accreditation is

Exams
• Foundation Exam 1 hour multiple choice, Closed book, Four
sections, total of 60 questions 15 questions per section, Candidate
must score 30 out of 60 to pass.
• Practitioner Exam 3 hour OTE format examination, Restricted open
book - manual and candidate handbook only, Four questions of 20
marks each, Candidate must score 40 out of 80 to pass.
