Agile Project Management Foundation

The course

This 3 day accredited course provides participants with a thorough grounding in the Agile approach and is comprised of three main elements.

The first element provides an overview of the Agile family of approaches and covers:
• What is Agile? Choosing the right Agile approach
• Agile Project Management – The Basics
• Roles and Responsibilities

The second element looks at setting up an Agile project and covers:
• Agile Project Management
• The Agile Project Management Process and Products
• Communication

The third element deals with delivering a DSDM®Atern® project and covers:
• Prioritization and Timeboxing
• Agile Control
• Requirements, Estimating
• Agile Planning

Presented by skilled lecturers with extensive experience in the practical application of project management, the course includes examination coaching and practice using sample questions.
