Description
This first year course combines kitchen and restaurant experience
in our two fully operating kitchens and restaurants. Students will
work towards a qualification in Catering whilst improving their
Maths and English qualifications. An additional Food Safety
Certificate and Barista Skills Qualification will also be studied
for. A fantastic range of work experience opportunities and
industry visits will offer an insight into the hospitality and
