Course Content
This course will allow you to build on the skills you already have and to learn new skills. You will choose to studyeither retail or catering and will work towards a vocationally related qualification in your chosen area. You will also work towards gaining qualifications in employability, literacy, numeracy and ICT. You will have the opportunity to participate in relevant work experience as part of the course. This is an important aspect of the course and will complement the learning you do in the classroom. You may have the opportunity to participate in a residential experience.
