Level 2 Catering & Hospitality Pre-apprenticeship
This course aims to provide an introduction to the catering & hospitality industry. Students will learn the following:
- Industry skills & techniques
- Catering & hospitality principles
- How to work effectively as part of a team
- Health & safety in the workplace
- Food preparation & cooking methods
Students who successfully complete the first 10 weeks will then attend a one-day course to gain the Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering. The course also provides credits towards full NVQ qualifications.
