How will I be Taught? Live lessons and collaborative working are
the cornerstones of the teaching style at Chichester College. You

talks, group discussions, case studies, role-plays, and practical
exercises. Throughout the programme you will be encouraged to
relate theories and practice to your own organisation and
experience both within class and written/practical assignments. You
will be required to do study in your own time, 2-6 hours a week.
How will I be Assessed? The completion of a programme of written
and practical work will assimilate your understanding and test your
application of the knowledge and skills you have learnt. What our
students say? ‘I found the course to be thoroughly worthwhile and
enjoyable, very challenging but I feel that I have become a better
HR/L&D practitioner because of it. As a smaller group, the
interactive experience I gained from the tutors and my fellow
students was invaluable'.
