The programme is a three−way partnership between you, your employer and your training provider.A Customer Service Apprenticeship will give you a wide range of skills to help you deal with any situation in a customer service environment.

Entry Requirements

Available to young persons aged between 16−24 who are leaving or have left full−time education.
Before the start of the training programme, candidates will need to find a company which is happy to employ a trainee or already have a job in a CS environment.

Minimum Age 16. Maximum Age 24

Price

While you are on an Apprenticeship, your employer pays you a salary and supports you whilst you undertake your training.

The National Apprenticeship Service will pay the costs of your training depending on your age.
