Nail Technology City & Guilds Level 2 Award

Who is the course for?

The course is aimed at anyone wishing to learn about creating artificial nails.

What will I study?

The course will cover, how to prepare and maintain nail enhancements using acrylic, health and safety and basic manicure such as filing and buffing.

Please note delegates will be expected to carry out regular and frequent practise at home.

How will the course be delivered?

Through salon based activities alongside a tutor and other delegates at a similar level.

Course Entry Criteria

There are no entry criteria other than a keen interest in this subject.

The college operates a no refunds policy as detailed below. Cancellations and transfer requests are subject to the following conditions:

• More than 4 weeks notice – no charge
• 4 weeks notice – 30% of the cost
• 2-3 weeks notice – 50% of the cost
• 1-2 weeks notice – 75% of the cost
• Less than 1 weeks notice – 100% of the cost

All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to a £10 administration charge. The full fee’s policy is available on request.

What will I get at the end of the course?

On successful completion of the course you will be awarded a City & Guilds Level 2 Award in Nail Technology (214) and Health & Safety (202).

How much does it cost?

The course is priced at £325.00 per person (prices are subject to change) this includes kit, tuition, paperwork and a VRQ City & Guilds Certificate on successful completion.
