Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for candidates undertaking this qualification. • All applicants will be interviewed.
Delivery & Assessment methods
The programme will be delivered in our outstanding Hospitality & Culinary Arts Directorate. You will have access to the latest state of the art commercial learning environment. You will have the opportunity to work on the latest Samsung SMART Technology devices to help underpin the knowledge components of the training programme
Progression
On completion of these qualifications candidates may progress into employment or to the following City & Guilds qualifications: • City & Guilds Level 2 NVQ in Food Production and Cooking • City & Guilds Level 2 NVQ in Professional Cookery • City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery All students on the course will also develop the essential employability skills necessary to enter employment. Students will have the opportunity to interact, using the latest technological facilities, with employers across this sector
