Description

This course is aimed at Pharmacy Technicians who wish to become accredited checking technicians aspiring to final accuracy check dispensed items that have been previously clinically screened by a Pharmacist

Course content

Two days college attendance for knowledge based lectures. Up to 12 months vocational portfolio completion.

Entry Requirements

Applicants must be a qualified, registered Pharmacy Technician and have completed at least six months in their current workplace. Applicants will need a trained facilitator in the workplace to support the vocational content.

Delivery & Assessment methods

Delivery is by a variety of methods including: Lectures Group work Portfolio Building
