The CIPD have introduced a new qualification structure in which the Certificate in Personnel Practice has been replaced by the Certificate in Human Resource Practice.

The new Certificate in HR Practice is a Level 3 qualification which provides a firm foundation in all areas of HR, as well as an understanding of HR in a business context. It will help learners to develop practical, relevant skills and become more effective in the workplace.How long is the course?
This will be over 40 weeks plus occasional extra sessions. Starting September 2012.How will I be assessed?
