What will I be doing on the course?
Six Business Units related to HR Practices including:
- Developing Yourself as an Effective Human Resources Practitioner
- Understanding Organisations and the Role of Human Resources
- Recording, Analysing and Using Human Resources Information
- Resourcing Talent
- Supporting Good Practice in Performance and Reward Management
- Delivering Learning and Development Activities
How will I be assessed?
Progress in all areas is assessed by 6 written assignments which will incorporate 2 Skills Assignments through role play and practical observation. Work is graded on a Pass, Refer or Fail basis.
What will I need?
Students are required to purchase the recommended CIPD text book and join as Student Members of the CIPD (details covered during induction).

Progress to our new Level 5 (undergraduate) CIPD Programme & continue to build your career towards successful HR Management.
