How is the CIPD Certificate in Employment Relations, Law and Practice (CERLAP) course structured?
Twelve taught days (one per month) plus four workbooks to be completed in delegates' own time. CIPD recommends 240 hours study time to complete the course. This includes all taught sessions, reading and completion of all assignments.
CERLAP is delivered by professional tutors with established HR practitioner experience. Sessions feature guest slots delivered by employment law solicitors, barristers and HR and employee relations teams. Group size is deliberately restricted to ensure maximum participation.
