Negotiated Learning - Professional Development [Level HE4] part-time

This module is a work-based learning course that allows you to define, develop and demonstrate specific learning on an aspect of your role, integral to developing your professional practice. The specific learning outcomes and assessment will be negotiated with both the University and your employer, and the outcomes of that negotiation recorded in a tri-partite learning agreement.

This module facilitates a unique opportunity for you to explore an area of practice with a view to increasing your knowledge and potentially improving your practice. This might include visits, further study, clinical skills or exploration of a practice/work related issue. It is a challenging and rewarding course of study which directly benefits both your career and meets the needs of your employer.
