Units covered There are a variety of units within this qualification surrounding software applications such as Microsoft Office suite and:

• Using bespoke software
• Website software
• Desktop publishing

Entry requirements You must be employed in an IT/business and administration job role working a minimum of 30 hours per week. Who is it for? Administrators who use IT software such as Microsoft Office and Open Office. CostAged 16-18
