The is course is particularly suited to meeting organisers, facilitators, leaders, note -takers and significant attendees.
Key Objectives:
To provide business with a platform from which to develop performance- driven meetings focused on enhancing business performance.
Participants can be expected to increase their understanding of what information is important to them and their business, how to elicit that information from the considerable input that flows around them, and then organise the formal meetings needed to disseminate that information to the required areas in the business.
