Who is this course for?

This short course is designed to develop the communication skills necessary to work in a business environment and to assist in overcoming the barriers to effective communication

What will I do on the course?

The learner will be equipped with the essential skills to communicate in a range of situations, including face-to-face, on the telephone and during interview. It will enable the learner to produce documentation in the correct form and with a suitable 'tone'.
