Regardless of the type of relationship you have with another person, whether internal or customer-centric, it is essential that you be able to communicate effectively. 

This means you need to know how to deliver a message effectively and, in return, how to listen to what someone else is saying.

Innergy's Communication Skills workshop evaluates both the core elements of communication as well as the individual delegates' personal styles, and then develops action plans to implement new ways of putting this learning into practice.

Prior to the start of the workshop, delegates will receive a complimentary Innergy Profile that will enable them to:

  • Understand what drives others.
  • Develop techniques to better communicate with their colleagues, peers and clients.

  • Understanding different types of people
  • Categorising people into personality types
  • Recognizing our personal values
  • Adapting our communication to different types

Afternoon Session: Action Planning

  • Identifying key strategies to better interact with others
  • Developing actions to deal with others under pressure
  • Creating unique concepts for improved team interactions
  • Practicing communication with cause and effect
  • Practicing communication with passion and enthusiasm
