Acting for the Camera

This one day course aims to introduce students to the basic skills and techniques in acting for camera and to explore the similarities and differences between live and recorded performance. Designed for people with some experience of acting this fun and exciting course will give you the opportunity to learn what it takes to become an expert screen actor!

You will learn about screen acting vs stage acting including movement body expression and voice.



The focus is on completing interactive activities both in small groups and individually.

You will gain a Certificate of Achievement from Reading College a chance to work with experienced film professionals and the opportunity to add to your show reel.

You will be required to have basic acting skills and some previous experience.
