Is this course for me?

This course is aimed at individuals who have completed the Foundation Construction award and seeking employment as a plasterer or have good experience in the industry wishing to gain a qualification.

What qualifications or skills do I require to study this course?

Completion of Level 1 programme required. Enrolment is subject to a successful interview.

What does the course involve?

This course is a continuation from the Level 1 Diploma in Plastering and will enable you to gain the skills required to work as a plasterer. You will have the opportunity to study:

• Applying plaster materials to external surface
• Fixing dry lining and plasterboard products to interiors
• Forming sand and cement screeds
• Producing plaster components
• Positioning and securing fibrous plaster components

What option will be open to me if I successfully complete the course? Upon successful completion of this course you can look for employment as a plasterer.
