Who is this course for? The Health and Social Care course provides students with the opportunity to gain a health and social care qualification, whilst improving their language skills. What qualifications or experience do I need ? Entry requirements " 4 GCSE A-D " Minimum ESOL/Literacy Level 1 qualification. What will I study ? This course will give you a good understanding of the skills needed to work in the Health and Social Care sector and the types of employment available. How do I join the course ? Contact Course Information for further details on 020 8266 4000 Will I need an interview ? You need to attend an interview, do a test and complete an application form. We will then place you on a course tosuit your needs. This may take more than two hours. Are there any extra costs for equipment/materials ? Any trip costs may be charged. Further Information You should be prepared to do a two-week work placement in a care setting as part of the course. We expect 100% attendance and punctuality from our students. If your attendance or punctuality falls below 85%, you will be subject to the College's disciplinary procedure.
