- Building methods and construction technology
- Information, quantities and communication
- Fixing dry lining and plasterboard products to interiors
- Producing plaster components
- Forming sand and cement screeds The programme also includes Enrichment and Functional Skills.

Assessment Method
Synoptic practical tasks, a series of knowledge questions for each unit and a multi - choice online end test.
Progression
Successful completion of this programme will allow you to progress onto the Level 3 Diploma in Plastering or to seek employment in the construction industry and study for a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Plastering.
Additional Information
Tools and materials are supplied by the College. Safety footwear is required for all workshop sessions. Study materials are required for all theory sessions. Department polo shirts are to be worn at all times
Entry Requirements
Level 1 Diploma in Plastering and a successful interview.
