Description
This course includes 5 core units:
- Government, policies & the public services
- Team Leadership
- Citizenship
- Team development
- Understanding discipline
You will also study seven specialist units which may include the following:
- Expedition skills
- Outdoor activities
- Fitness
Students must have ONE of the following:
- 4 GCSEs at grades A*- C, including English at grade A*-C and Maths at grade A*-D
- Level 2 BTEC Diploma in Public Services at merit, plus GCSE English or Maths at grades A*-C
- Equivalent qualifications - Functional Skills may be accepted in place of GCSE Maths and /or English
Appropriate work experience may be considered.
